• recap of papers in first set, data release 1
• what are we missing from this (who is putting their hand up to do it?)
• what AGN science do we want to do?
• what SF/SB science do we want to do?
• what have we not considered / thought of?
Tuesday
Session 3 Technical Session: Hands on session on GLASS ATCA imaging and source extraction
900 – 1030 Minh to run people through a hands on session on imaging
• prerequisites : CASS login (i.e. marsfield login for VPN during observing) for access to venice and hydra/draco, CASS OPAL account for downloading data

1350 – 1700 Data Challenge 1: can you make better images than MH?
Data Challenge 2: can you do source extraction better than Aegean (i.e. run pyBDSF, BLOBCAT, etc. and compare)?
Wednesday
9 – 930 Debrief/results from Data Challenges.
930 – 1030 Plan collaborative work:
a) what papers to start?
b) analysis that is required? (e.g. crossmatching to other radio catalogues, GAMA catalogues, consolidating multiple component GLASS sources into one, source counts).
c) what do you want to work on over the next few days?
The idea is to come up with a several streams of work that people can join
1030 – 1100 morning break
1100 – 1230 Start Collaborative Work
1230 – 1700 Continue Collaborative work.
(break at 1530)
Thursday
900 – 930: Sprint stand ups: Each person updates whole group about how they are going (30 mins total, 1 to 2 minutes each)
– what did you accomplish yesterday?
– what are you working on today?
– what is getting in your way, i.e. what is your blocker or what help do you need?
930 – 1230 Continue with collaborative work.
(break at 1030)
1230 – 1330 lunch
1330 – 1700: Continue with collaborative work.
(Break at 1530)

1600 end
Some Notes
We are expecting to have the following data in hand:
a) GLASS DR1 (5.5 and 9.5 GHz images and Aegean catalogue from semester 1, 1/6 of G23),
b) GLASS DR1 catalogues inspected by Jonathan Rogers (for spurious sources and multiple component sources), and crossmatched to GAMA
c) GAMA – new optical-IR photometry and photo’s, spec z’s, Aaron’s latest group catalogues
d) uGMRT
e) new deep MWA (GLEAM X?)
f) EMU early science ASKAP image – Tom or Gulay’s best effort image
g) existing previous data – NVSS, SUMSS, GLEAM
h) anything else?
